আমাদের যেকোন সার্ভিস, প্রোডাক্ট, সফটওয়ার বা সেবা ব্যাবহার কিংবা ক্রয় করার পূর্বে কাইন্ডলি এই টার্মস এবং কন্ডিশন গুলো পড়ে নেয়ার অনুরোধ রইলো। আমাদের সার্ভিস ব্যাবহার করার মানেই হলো আপনি আমাদের টার্মস এবং কন্ডিশন গুলো পড়ে নিয়েছেন এবং এতে সম্মত আছেন। আপনি যদি আমাদের টার্মস এবং কন্ডিশন গুলোতে সম্মত না থাকেন, তাহলে আমাদের সার্ভিস ব্যাবহার করা থেকে বিরত থাকুন।

অর্ডার করার প্রক্রিয়াঃ প্রতিটি কাস্টমারের জন্য তাদের তথ্য দিয়ে শুধুয়ামত্র একবারই Account করে নিতে হবে এবং এর পর সেই কাস্টমারের জতখুশি অর্ডার করতে পারবেন | যে প্রোডাক্ট অর্ডার করতে চান সেই প্রোডাক্টের পেজ থেকে প্রয়োজনীয় তথ্য দেখে “অর্ডার লিস্টে যোগ করুন” বাটনে ক্লিক করে চেকাউট করতে পারবেন। অবশই আপনাকে আপনার নাম, ফোন নাম্বার এবং ঠিকানা সঠিক দিতে হবে । ২০০ টাকা Advance করতে হবে Order Conform এর জন্য ।

ডেলিভারি প্রক্রিয়া এবং ডেলিভারি চার্জঃ ঢাকার ভিতরে এবং বাইরে প্রতিটি পার্সেল আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে সাবমিট করার ৭২ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে (সাধারণত দুপুর ৩ টার আগে সাবমিট করা প্রতিটি পার্সেল প্রতিদিন কুরিয়ারে হ্যান্ডওভার করা হয়) কুরিয়ারে হ্যান্ড ওভার করা হয়। অর্ডার প্রসেস করার পর কুরিয়ারে হ্যান্ডওভার করার পর তা সেইদিন রাতেই ওয়েবসাইটে ট্র্যাকিং সেকশনে গিয়ে অর্ডার নাম্বার এবং কাস্টমারের ইমেইল আইডি দিয়ে ট্র্যাক করতে পারবেন। একই সাথে সেখান থেকেই কুরিয়ারের ট্র্যাকিং অপশনও পেয়ে যাবেন যা আপনি নিজে এবং আপনার কাস্টমারকে পার্সেলের অবস্থান জানাতে সহযোগিতা করবে।

ডেলিভারি চার্জের ক্ষেত্রে ৩ টি স্লট রয়েছে (এর বাইরে অন্য কোন চার্জ যেমন- COD পেমেন্ট কালেকশন ফি, প্রসেসিং ফি, প্যাকেজিং ফী বা অন্য কোন হিডেন ফি নেই। তবে পার্সেল রিটার্ন আসলে প্রতি পার্সেলের জন্য ৮০ টাকা করে সার্ভিস চার্জ কাটা হবে এটা, ঢাকা বা ঢাকার বাইরের সকল এরিয়ার জন্য প্রযোজ্য হবে)-

সাভার, গাজীপুর, কেরানীগঞ্জ (১০০ টাকা)
সারা বাংলাদেশ (১২০ টাকা )

ডেলিভারির জন্য ঢাকার ভিতরে ২-৫ দিন এবং ঢাকার বাইরে ৩-১০ দিন পর্যন্ত সময় লাগতে পারে যা অনেকাংশেই নির্ভর করে লোকেশন এবং কুরিয়ারের কাছাকাছি হাবের সিধান্তের উপর।

Before using or purchasing any of our services, products, or software, we kindly request you to read these Terms and Conditions carefully. By using our services, it means you have read and agreed to our Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

Order Process

Each customer must create an account once using their correct information. After that, they can place as many orders as they want.
To order a product, visit the product page, review the details, and click the “Add to Order List” button to proceed to checkout.
You must provide your correct name, phone number, and address.
An advance payment of 200 BDT is required to confirm the order.

Delivery Process & Charges

All parcels are handed over to the courier within 72 hours of order submission through our website (generally, orders submitted before 3 PM are handed over the same day).
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the courier, you can track it the same night by visiting the Tracking Section on our website using your order number and email ID.
From there, you will also get access to the courier’s tracking option to monitor your parcel’s status and share updates with your customer.

Delivery Charges

We have 3 delivery charge slots. (⚠️ There are no additional charges such as COD collection fee, processing fee, packaging fee, or any hidden costs. However, if a parcel is returned, a service charge of 80 BDT per parcel will be applied, applicable for both Dhaka and outside Dhaka.)

Inside Dhaka City Corporation: 60 BDT
Savar, Gazipur, Keraniganj: 100 BDT
Rest of Bangladesh: 120 BDT

Delivery Time

Inside Dhaka: 2–5 days
Outside Dhaka: 3–10 days
